Brew City Coffee
Milwaukee’s coffee shops have become my favorite places to slow down—rooms with real china, a sense of history, and the rhythm of the neighborhood outside the window. These are the spaces where the city feels alive.
I am writing about being out and enjoying the landscape around me. That can be in a city, neighborhood, or someplace more remote. Regardless of “where” I am I also enjoy watching how people are using the spaces or places that they have created and adapted for human activity.
The blog started when I moved to Iceland in 2024, but since that time it seems like I should write about more of my experiences in the landscape as I travel and as I move through the city where I live. Feel free to subscribe to the blog below.
